HOW IT WORKS:
Reserve a maintenance and/or repair appointment at
one of our approved
facilities:
A.) Identify yourself by name as an Action Preferred Friends and
Family Service Program member noting your card number. The
facility personnel
will have your name and number on file for your convenience. They know you
are part of a VIP Customer Group
and will be pleased to offer you their very best customer service!
B.) Notify the
facility personnel with your immediate maintenance and or repair
concerns.
C.) Agree upon an appointment date and time.
Appointment Date:
A.) Bring your vehicle, credit card and preferred friends and
family member card to the approved
facility.
B.) Re-address your immediate maintenance or repair concerns.
C.) Make sure the
facility personnel
has taken your credit card data and immediate contact information,
preferably your cell #.
D.) The service manager will inspect your vehicle, document
necessary repairs and call you for approval.
E.) Approved procedures will be addressed as follows:
1.) All parts will be ordered
from Action Auto Parts and charged to your credit card at a predetermined
discount. Parts
purchased
will be warranted in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines by
Action Auto Parts.
2.) Labor will be paid directly
to the service facility.
The labor purchased will be warranted in accordance with the service
facilities company
policy.
3.) For your benefit please
review all charges with the repair
facility personnel.
Post Repair Appointment Concerns:
A.) Please notify the repair
facility if you
have any concerns regarding the procedures performed or the related
performance of
your vehicle.
B.) Please contact the
office personnel of Action Auto Parts (401-421-1549) with
questions regarding the parts sold or any
concerns you may have had with the
repair facility.
